Review of the 5th Blitz and Donner 2024

The 5th Blitz and Donner was a resounding success! With 133 dancers, an exuberant atmosphere, and an impressive show from our callers Jet Roberts, Tomas Hedberg, and Philipp Aff, the event became an unforgettable experience.
The dancers enjoyed every minute on the dance floor, while the delicious catering delighted everyone: including homemade vegan vegetable soup, spicy chili con carne, the annual tarte flambée, and our homemade cakes, which were once again a crowd favorite.
The afterparty was also a highlight – dancing continued late into the night, and everyone sang “Country Roads” together. A fantastic celebration that will be fondly remembered by all!

Anticipation for the 6th Blitz and Donner 2025

We are already looking forward to the next Blitz and Donner, which will take place from September 19 to 21, 2025, in the beautiful North Palatinate region. This time, we’ve secured guest callers Carsten Nielsen and Martin Kromer, and our club caller Philipp Aff will also be returning.

With over 16 hours of dancing in two halls, we offer a varied program. One hall will feature continuous Mainstream, while the second hall will offer Plus, A1, and A2 – so there’s something for everyone!

As a special highlight, we are planning a cocktail bar for the afterparty in 2025 – after dancing, you can enjoy delicious alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktails in a relaxed atmosphere and end the evening in style.

The flyers are already printed and being distributed – planning is already underway to ensure that the 6th Blitz and Donner is just as wonderful as this year.
